#NVW16 – It’s Our Balsamic & Fig Roasted Vegetables!

It’s National Vegetarian Week (16th – 22nd May) and every day this week we’re featuring a delicious vegetarian recipe on our blog to mark the occasion.

National Vegetarian Week is an initiative by the Vegetarian Society and is all about drawing more attention to meat-free meal options (find out more here) so we’ve compiled some tasty recipes complete with our new fruity range of dressings.

Available in three distinct flavours – Balsamic and Strawberry, Plum and Ginger, and Balsamic and Fig – our dressings are so versatile that they can be used as a dress, dip or marinade and they have been shortlisted in this year’s Veggie Awards. The dressings are currently stocked in Waitrose stores and on waitrose.com and from 27th June will also be available in Morrisons stores.
