Fig and goats cheese puff pastry pizza bites
- 1 packet of ready rolled puff pastry
- Mammy Jamia’s fig preserve
- 100g soft goats cheese
Method
- Using a pizza cutter cut the pastry into 24 equal size squares
- Add a tsp of preserve onto each square and top with a bit of goats cheese
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200c
