Strawberry Marinated Halloumi
- Mammy Jamias Balsamic and Strawberry Dressing
- Cut the halloumi into 5mm thick slices and place in an air tight container. Pour over the Balsamic and Strawberry dressing, ensuring that the halloumi is completely covered and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight if possible.
- Place the halloumi on a hot BBQ (or on a griddle pan) and cook on both sides for about 3-4 minutes or until the halloumi has softened and coloured.
- Remove from the BBQ and enjoy.
