Spring has sprung and Mammy Jamia’s are brightening up your meals with buy one, get one half price deals on their brand new fruity dressings at Waitrose.

From March 16th right up to April 16th, the award-winning family business is offering the deal at all Waitrose stores, equating to a 25% saving on the usual price of £2.95 (RRP).

The three unusual flavours – Balsamic and Strawberry, Plum and Ginger, and Balsamic and Fig – have been shortlisted for Best New British Product in the upcoming Great British Food Awards 2016. Each of the dressings has their own distinct qualities and they are so versatile that they can be used as a dress, dip or marinade.

Mammy Jamia’s, who are best known for their premium preserves, launched back in 2010. Their exciting and innovative products are based on a family recipe made by Mammy Jamia herself.

The Balsamic and Strawberry dressing is the perfect fruity combination. The strawberries in the dressing are enhanced by the balsamic vinegar and are perfect to use on a feta salad, as well as a marinade for chicken and steak.

The Balsamic and Fig dressing, meanwhile, is a sweet yet punchy dressing that’s perfect as an accompaniment to a whole host of dishes, whether that’s cheeses, meats, salads or roasted vegetables.

Finally, the Asian inspired Plum and Ginger dressing is a dressing that is just the right fit for a dish of salmon and duck. It also works brilliantly as a stir-fry sauce.
