Plum and Ginger Salmon
Our Oriental inspired Plum and Ginger Salmon
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- Mammy Jamia’s Plum and Ginger Dressing
- Red chilli
- 2 Spring onions
- Egg Noodles
Marinate the salmon fillets in about half of the Plum and ginger dressing in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Then bake in the oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with egg noodles, drizzle with some extra dressing and sprinkle on the chilli and spring onions.
