Strawberry Chicken

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • Mammy Jamia’s Balsamic and Strawberry Dressing

Marinate the chicken breasts in about half of the Balsamic and Strawberry dressing in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Then bake in the oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve immediately with mash potato and your choice of vegetables.
